I'm still here, bad blogger that I am. I'm in the process of purging, trying to not have so much STUFF around me. GF and I are moving so this helps. I like the idea of it anyways,lol. Sometimes it is so hard to let go. Especially books. I've recently switched over to e-books, for novels anyways. How too books  or cookbooks, I've still been buying the actual print books. Sometimes the actual books are cheaper than the ebooks, which doesn't make sense. The other issue I have with ebooks is that I've heard that authors get the same amount of $ from the publisher, regardless if it is a printed book or an ebook. That doesn't make sense to me. Sounds like authors might be getting the short end of the stick!?!? The ebooks do make it easier on my bookshelves though,gotta admit.

The New Year

Well, it's 2013. I know it's a little late for a 1st post of the new year. I'm a horrible blogger, I will admit.

I've still been knitting away. I'm starting a pair of what I call "House Socks". They're just man sized wool socks knit from Briggs and Little that will be thrummed . That way there should be enough space in there for my foot and the thrums :) It's been so cold here the last week or so, I could really use them know,lol.
